Framework Agreement Description
The Interpretation and Translation Services Framework Agreement provides a variety of translation and interpretation services. The services on this framework agreement include face to face (spoken language), British sign language (BSL), telephone interpretation and translation, document translation, plus video translation and interpretation.

The Interpretation and Translation Services framework agreement covers all your language service needs. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) is flexible enough to be amended to reflect local demand, fill rates, qualification or experience levels and travel cost considerations.
• Lot 1 Face to Face (spoken language)
• Lot 2 British Sign Language (BSL) (F2F, Video and Document)
• Lot 3 Telephone Interpreting
• Lot 4 Document Translation and ancillary services
• Lot 5 Video Interpretation

Additional services such as transcription, website localisation and accessibility, foreign language appointment reminders plus many more.
