Framework Agreement Description
The Legal Services for Health framework agreement aims to establish consistency relating to the provision of legal services, by defining a coherent legal services scope and specification. It also aims to attempt to establish a consistent approach to legal service costs by using the influence of economies of scale to obtain the best value for money in terms of legal services and expertise.
