Our experience

We have managed PFI projects, P21+, traditional build from complete new hospitals with 250 beds, to single ward refurbishments. Our experience covers a range of projects in acute, primary and mental health environments of varying complexity, giving us a thorough understanding of the challenges posed by different customers.  

We are able to provide end-to-end project support from inception through to completion, including advising on initial budgets as well as delivery and installation logistics. Our team will collate and schedule equipment lists, complete transfer audits and assess suitability of existing equipment to transfer. We schedule the full delivery programme, liaising with suppliers to avoid any bottlenecks and effectively manage the delivery process. The team can even facilitate product exhibitions and trials.


Visibility, control and value for money

We provide an estimated budget, establish funding mechanisms, develop final cost schedules and determine priority purchases. Our regular budget reports enable accurate profiling of your expenditure. We'll provide proposed equipment transfer criteria to identify equipment that can be reused and reduce overall capital costs as well as robust preferred supplier recommendation reports to demonstrate how value for money will be achieved.
