Framework Agreement Description
The IT Consultancy Services Framework Agreement, part of the Consult 18 Framework Agreement, includes specialist consultancy and advisory services related to the use of data and information used within the NHS and public sector. This consultancy framework agreement for IT services includes the review, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities and systems associated with the delivery of IT services.

What does the framework agreement cover?
The framework offers a fully OJEU compliant route to market for the provision of IT consultancy services; covering a wide range of services. The framework agreement encompasses both SMEs and also national providers and gives the option of procuring single or multiple services. Pricing options include day rates and also the possibility to agree innovative pricing models.
