This Apprenticeship Training Services Framework provides a compliant route to access services from a broad range of apprenticeship training providers, supporting employers to effectively utilise their apprenticeship levy.

The Cycle Parking and Infrastructure (CPMI) Framework provides access to specialist suppliers capable of providing a range of cycle parking infrastructure. This includes bike stands and fully-built cycling hubs and has potential saving opportunities of 5%.
The Design, Furniture and Appliances Framework has been put in place to provide a compliant route to market for soft facilities management services across a range of disciplines including: Office and Residential Furniture, ward and bedside equipment. White goods, blinds and curtains, catering equipment solutions and many more including a One Stop Shop.
The Digital Dictation, Speech Recognition and Outsourced Transcription framework is free of charge to access for all public sector organisations, and provides a compliant route to obtaining a wide range of digital solutions and transcription services. This includes digital dictation, speech recognition, and outsourced transcription services. The framework streamlines the document management process and can provide seamless integration with existing IT systems across the NHS and wider public sector.

Digital Workplace Solutions (replacing Link: IT Solutions) Framework provides a compliant route to source effective consumer-oriented technologies that meet your requirements across a range of IT infrastructure areas. This includes: data centre infrastructure, servers and storage, networking and security products, end user computing hardware and software, bespoke software, professional services and training.
The Electric Vehicle Charging Points (CPMI) Framework includes the delivery, supply, installation, management and maintenance of electric vehicle charging infrastructure goods and services. This framework has potential saving opportunities of 5%.
The Electrical Sundries and Components (Hard FM) Framework provide estates, facilities and capital teams a compliant route to market for the provision of electrical sundries and components, utilising both SME and national providers. This framework has potential saving opportunities of 5-10%.
The Energy Consultancy Services Framework covers the provision of consultancy services via an OJEU compliant route to market for estates, facilities and capital teams. The framework encompasses a wide range of specialisms, and utilises both SMEs and national providers. This framework has potential saving opportunities of 5%.
The Fire Safety Equipment (Hard FM) Framework provides a comprehensive catalogue of fire safety equipment and associated provision of advice and support for fire safety equipment. This lot includes the supply, installation, maintenance and training for the fire safety training. This framework has potential saving opportunities of 5-10%.
The Fuel Cards (Lot 3 Vehicle Solutions: Vehicle Fleet Management, Vehicle Lease / Hire and Fuel Cards) Framework covers the provision of fuel cards for public sector authorities. Utilising fuel cards is an efficient way to manage your fleet offering savings on fuel purchases and significant reduction in administration time and paperwork. This framework has potential saving opportunities of 2%.
The Hard Facilities Management Framework includes 83 different suppliers across 50 different lots, covering everything from building management systems and removal services; to fire safety equipment and training; electrical sundries and components, to catering equipment maintenance, measured term contracts and a fully managed service element. This framework has potential saving opportunities of 5-10%.
The Healthcare Clinical Information Systems Framework provides a compliant route to access Healthcare Clinical Information Systems. This includes the following services; theatre, maternity, and electronic prescribing.
The Insourcing of Clinical Services Framework supports the use of insourcing across the NHS to secure extra clinical capacity to meet increasing demand. This short to medium term solution allows Trusts to retain capacity planning in-house and ensure patients can be seen within the Trust. This framework offers up to 20% saving against tariff.
|Internal and External Audit, Counter Fraud, and Financial Assurance Services||15/11/2024|
The Internal and External Audit, Counter Fraud, and Financial Assurance Services Framework has been developed by NHS Shared Business Services and is free-to-use for any public sector organisation. The framework has a range of 20 suppliers, including large well-established providers, small and medium-sized businesses, and boutique services, covering a wide range of specialisms such as External Audit, Internal Audit, Counter Fraud, Well Led Governance and Ancillary Services.
The Interpretation and Translation Services Framework provides a variety of interpretation and translation services, including face to face (spoken language), British sign language (BSL), telephone interpretation, document translation, and video interpretation. This framework offers up to 25% savings from the previous agreement.
The IT Consultancy Services Framework includes specialist consultancy and advisory services related to the use of data and information used within the Public Sector. This includes the review, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities / systems associated with the delivery of services. This framework offers potential savings of 5-10%.
The Legal Services Framework provides a compliant route to access various legal services. This includes advice about NHS governance and public law, primary care services, employment law, contract and commercial law and property law.
The Link 2: IT Hardware and Services Framework provides a compliant route to access IT hardware products. This includes laptops, tablets and printers, as well as deployment services and warranty services. This framework has potential saving opportunities of 2%.
The Measured Terms Contract and Minor Works (Hard FM) Framework covers work including; reactive painting and decorating; mechanical maintenance work, electric work and building maintenance work. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 5-10%.
The Medicines Management Prescribing Decision Support System Framework provides a compliant route to access a computerised system for increasing the effectiveness, safety and cost effectiveness of prescribing medicines. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 24%.
The Modular Buildings Framework is the only national agreement of its type. This framework covers offsite building solutions for purchase, hire and lease. On average, the framework offers 5% savings when compared to purchasing solutions direct.
|Outsourced Clinical Services||30/04/2024|
The framework allows approved organisations to retain capacity planning inhouse and ensure patients can be seen within suitable and compliant timeframes and help reduce waiting lists. Approved organisations will be able to provide additional clinical capacity by allowing patients to be seen and treated at the alternative providers own facilities.
|PS-Works: Public Sector Construction Works||16/12/2023|
A Framework Agreement to provide the NHS and Wider Public Sector Clients with a compliant route to market for the provision of quality and value for money construction works projects. With Regionalised Lots for projects of up to £15m and Nationalised for values above that, this Agreement provides a mix of Tier 1 Contractors and local SMEs to meet all Public Sector construction needs.
The Removal Services (Hard FM) Framework includes general, bespoke and specialist removal services. The framework can also include the provision of storage and disposal of scrap items and/or equipment. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 5-10%.

Smart vending solutions shall offer vending machines and services through different structures for both vending machines free on loan or direct sale or a fully managed service. Water dispensers, water coolers and associated products will cover the supply and installation of drinking water dispensers, coolers, water fountains and many more.

The Soft FM, Security Services and Asset Compliance Framework is a full and comprehensive Agreement covering all of these key areas. The framework is regionalised across all 32 Lots and encompasses a range of SMEs, service specialists and large nationwide providers.
The Statutory Inspections & Rating Support Services (Hard FM) Framework includes the annual programme of statutory inspections, and the provision of a comprehensive service including, but not limited to, rate audits and rateable valuations. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 5-10%.
The Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Awareness Training and Support Services Framework provides a fully OJEU compliant route to market for the provision of Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Awareness Training and Support Services. This framework offers potential savings of 10-15%.
The Technology Enabled Care Services Framework provides a compliant route to access various health and social care technologies. This includes; telecare alarm technologies, continuous monitoring and associated diagnostic services. Also included is scheduled and on demand remote interactions e.g. teleconsultations.
This framework provides a compliant route to market for any Travel Management, Expense Management and Workspace Optimisation requirement. This framework boasts some award winning and industry leading providers. NHS and wider public sector organisations may use this framework to save valuable time and money.
The Vehicle Fleet Management (Vehicle Solutions) Framework enables authorities to procure vehicles and services. This framework can offer savings and potential income generation.
The Vehicle Lease and Hire (Vehicle Solutions) Framework enables authorities to procure a selection of vehicles including, but not limited to: cars, vans, ambulances and minibuses via a variety of hire and leasing options. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 5%.
The Vehicle Solutions: Vehicle Fleet management, Vehicle Lease / Hire and Fuel Cards Framework enables NHS SBS customers to procure vehicles under components such as car schemes; fleet vehicle management; grey fleets management and lease or hire vehicles.
The Waste Management and Minimisation Services Framework provides a compliant route to access clinical healthcare waste services, confidential and miscellaneous waste, and total waste management (TWM) services. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 12% for clinical waste and 15% for domestic waste.
The Workforce and Wellbeing Services Framework has been built to deliver a high quality multi-disciplinary occupational health and wellbeing service. The framework includes a full range of core services, plus optical services and offering Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service accredited service. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 2%.

The service area in scope of Workplace Consultancy Services includes the service delivery for office and other workplace environments, survey, design and space planning. Interior Fit Out for Office, Retail and Front of house will provide experienced project management to ensure efficient professional delivery of interior fit out proposals ensuring professional installation of the redesigned spaces and fixed/new furniture solutions.

This framework provides contracting authorities with a compliant route to market for any workspace optimisation requirements they may have, including assisting with measures to implement effective 'social distancing'. Suppliers are able to review office space and facilities ensuring they are fit for purpose, monitor workspace usage through sensors or people counters to enable the appropriate management of workspaces, work areas, occupancy levels etc.

The Advanced Wound and Skin Care Management Framework allows contracting authorities to benefit from the expertise of the awarded suppliers in selecting the most economically advantageous solutions for wound and skin care management.
The Advanced Wound Care Delivery - Total Managed Service Framework is an independent and bespoke web based ordering process to complement a Trust's agreed advanced woundcare formulary and associated consumables products/medical devices. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 2%.
The Clinical Managed Services Framework provides comprehensive coverage within the area of managed service provision. The framework includes diagnostics, diagnostic imaging, renal, catheter laboratories, decontamination and maintenance services.
The Community Equipment, Products and Services Framework has been procured to provide a wide scope of compliant coverage for customers working in community, acute and mental healthcare settings. This framework offers potential savings of 2-5%.
The Contrast Media (including Injectors and Associated Products) Framework covers; contrast media, contrast injectors and ancillaries / associated products. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 5%.
The Endoscopes (flexible and rigid) and Decontamination Products Framework covers flexible and rigid endoscopes; hysterscope sheaths camera systems, decontamination products and maintenance, and managed service provisions. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 5-10%.
The Equipment for the High Level Disinfection of Ultrasound Probes Framework aims to support and work with Trusts to comply with best practice guidance on the decontamination of ultrasound probes. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 2-5%.
The Inventory Management and Neutral Wholesale Services Framework has many benefits, including; reducing the amount of stock held, strengthening stock management through more accurate usage capture, and increasing ordering efficiency by moving towards JIT. This framework has potential saving opportunities of 5-15%.
The Medical Gases in Cylinders and Bulk Gases Framework provides a competitive framework for clients of NHS SBS to purchase cylinders containing a variety of medical gases.
The Orthotics Products and Services Framework has 9 lots, covering upper and lower body orthoses for adult and paediatric patients.
The Patient Discharge Services Framework has been developed to support hospital discharges for adults and streamline the transition to prevent re-admissions to hospital. The framework has been divided into three lots; discharge to assess services, third party brokerage and medical care at home.
The Point of Care Testing: Drugs of Abuse Framework is a multi-lot framework agreement which covers drugs of abuse and alcohol testing products and services. It enables customers to test patient / donor urine, oral fluid and hair samples for the presence of any 'classic' drugs of abuse, new psychoactive Substances (NPS / 'legal highs') and/or alcohol. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 5%+.
The Products to Aid the Prevention of Patient Falls Framework provides the opportunity to access solutions and products from suppliers known for their innovation to prevent patient falls. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 5-10%.
The Radiopharmaceutical Products Framework includes; radiopharmaceutical kits, diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals, therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals, technetium generators, krypton generators and 18F -FDG. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 6% on some products.
The Robotic Surgery, Consumables and Related Services Framework includes; robotic surgery, related services and consumables and a route to market to a managed service. Robotic surgical systems consist of robotic arms with laparoscopic instruments, where doctor sits a few feet away from operating table at a computer console viewing 3D visual of operating region.
The Respiratory Therapy - Equipment and Consumables Framework provides services for; sleep apnoea; asthma and COPD support; smoking cessation; products to support respiratory therapy, a managed service provision and home delivery provision. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 6%.
The Surgical Instrumentation Framework is made up of seven lots and has been procured to provide a wide scope of compliant coverage for customers working in both acute trusts and community healthcare settings. This framework offers potential saving opportunities of 2%.
The Teleradiology Reporting Services Framework supports the increasingly popular use of teleradiology services to meet the current and future needs of NHS radiology reporting. The framework supports early diagnosis of patients through the quick turnaround of medical imaging scans and offers potential savings of 9-24%.
